Introduction

A signed proposal, statement of work, order form, or other written client agreement may include additional or different terms. If there is a conflict, the active written client agreement will control for that engagement.
Use of the Website
You may use the Orindle website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, or use the content in a misleading or unlawful way.

Late or unpaid amounts may result in delayed work or suspension of services where permitted by the active agreement.
Cancellations
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services may be cancelled according to the terms of the active client agreement. Fees already earned, work already completed, committed third-party costs, or applicable notice periods may remain payable.
Campaign wind-down, data handoff, and access changes may require reasonable administrative time.
Intellectual Property
Orindle retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, frameworks, processes, templates, know-how, and internal tools. Client-specific deliverables and usage rights will be handled according to the written client agreement.
The Orindle name, website design, and original site content may not be reproduced or presented as another company’s work without permission.
Confidentiality
Both parties should use reasonable care with non-public business information received during an engagement. Confidential information may be used only for the relevant business relationship unless disclosure is authorised or legally required.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public through no breach, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source.
Third-Party Tools
Campaigns and website operations may depend on third-party tools for hosting, scheduling, email infrastructure, verification, CRM, analytics, or communication. Those providers have their own availability, pricing, security, and terms.
Orindle is not responsible for service interruptions or policy changes caused solely by a third-party provider. Information handling is also subject to the Orindle Privacy Policy and relevant provider terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orindle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational harm arising from website use or services.
Any direct liability will be subject to the limitations stated in the active client agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Compliance and Responsible Outreach
Orindle aims to operate targeted B2B outreach with controlled sending, relevant messaging, clean data practices, and appropriate opt-out handling. The client remains responsible for obtaining legal review of its claims, offer, target markets, and campaign use where needed.
Both parties agree not to use Orindle services for deceptive, unlawful, discriminatory, or abusive outreach.
Changes to These Terms
Orindle may update these Terms when website practices, services, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date.
Changes to an active paid engagement will be handled according to the relevant client agreement rather than applied retrospectively without basis.
